Project E.E.M.U. - Eastern European Mandate for Utopia

Project E.E.M.U. is a government mandated group who's goal is to protect the interests of several Eastern European governments, countries and their respective cultures. As self-centred as that may sound, it is a concern for many of the countries who have put forth money (and people) into the fair city of Ames. Project E.E.M.U. was first introduced into the city of Ames on March 15th, 2014.

The official goals of the group are made public, but are not fully representative of their true goals:

1. Promote wellness and better knowledge of health.
2. Support those citizens who's cultural background is now a minority in Ames.
3. Host cultural-togetherness events to encourage better understanding of one anothers' cultures.

While not everyone may believe the people behind Project E.E.M.U., their group members are hand chosen and have an extraordinary reach into the pockets of multiple governments as well as access to government funds. Their true goals are not made public and only members of their organization may know the true motives behind the collective Eastern European countries. The main goal is to out-compete and essentially destroy B.I.R.D. due to mistrust of the British. They also have knowledge of La Resistenza and an inkling of the inner workings of that rogue group.

The private goals of the organization are as follows:

1. Dismantle the B.I.R.D. organization and fully replace it with Project E.E.M.U.
2. Promote Eastern European languages, cultures, history and peoples.
3. Strengthen the City of Ames' borders and prevent (and dispose of) any and all people that may oppose them.

The collective of Eastern European countries who are behind Project E.E.M.U. are as follows: Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovakia and Ukraine.
